The staff is always friendly & ready to assist with any queries, food & beverages are well prices, Food is good. Had to extend the stay & it was done without any fuss.

The in room TV service was not work for the duration of the stay, even having asked on multiple occasions for it to be remedied.

Great location in the center of Freetown. The staff is exceptional. They got my laundry done the same night. Everyone is lovely . One of the receptionists took me outside to get a TikTok and ensure I was safely taken care of

The hotel underwent some significant improvements over the last year, and now has completely new bathrooms, lightning in the rooms and smart tv. Both the internet and the electricity worked 24/7, which is a rarity in Sierra Leone at the moment. The position remains great to reach CBD or the beach quickly, and the staff is as good and welcoming as ever!

"Good but watch out for the fictitious exchange rate used!"

Room clean and tidy, location good but noisy, breakfast good, staff good.

The hotel is perfectly fine. However, they will use a hotel-specific USD to Leone exchange rate that doesn’t align with the official rate. This resulted in me overpaying for the room, the hotel bill, and the prearranged airport transfer. For example, the price for my room was quoted as roughly £720 on Booking.com but i was charged £790 due to their hotel-specific exchange rate. I would avoid.
