The stuff was very helpful. Big pool, although we didn't use it. Big space outside. Privete parking.

The place is a bit old and needed to renovate a bit. Pretty close to the main entrance rod to plenque, so sometimes you can hear the trucks

Alex was welcoming. The pool area was nice with lots of areas to sit out. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, a stove and a microwave.. Our room was large and there was hot water in the shower. There was parking and one of the staff knocked on our bedroom door to let us know we had a puncture. It was excellent value and complimentary drinking water was available.

It was a little far out of town. There weren't many restaurants nearby. It was a little bit shabby.

I dont know why people scold this place. Actually, it's one of the nicest places i had. People say the kitchens are vile. Well, it's not a luxury condo, but that's fine! VERY big rooms. The bathroom is so big that it's almost comedic:) Nice jungle vibe around with all those palms and trees. The staff is very nice. There is a Six shop 1 min away. Fairly good price Especially if you got a place at the back, then no noise at all.

Ah ya, every 5th day, there is an armed police searching the place because it's Chiapas-dangerous. But kind of fun maybe??;)

Alejandro was an absolute gem! He went over and beyond to help us since the moment we stepped in. Thanks to him and the rest of the staff we had an amazing stay. I would recommend it for the service in primis. Room was quite big with aircon and confy beds Very quite in the evening

Accomodations is at nice and quiet location and it is close to the city center. There are two "bigger" hills to climb but still good.

This was a pleasant stay. I preferred it to downtown. It was a good value and clean. Easy to get to the ruins.

Very cheap in comparison to other places in Palenque. Walking distance about 25minutes from ADO.

Room smelled very strongly and unpleasantly, impossible to get rid of by opening the window. Dead spider under my blanket. Tons of insects and even a small cockroach (yes, it’s in the jungle, but we stayed at other places in the jungle before and they managed to be a lot cleaner in this regard). Kitchen was very small, badly equipped, sink didn’t drain properly, and it was constantly filled with other people - which the hostel could’ve solved since there was a second kitchen in horrendous condition so it couldn’t be used. Pool water was milky and didn’t feel clean at all. There was never anyone at the reception either. Water was often empty.
