The staff were very helpful. I did have to show proof that I had made payment for the booking beforehand as they did think that I did not pay. However the staff were helpful when I had questions and the room was lovely

Nice hotel with huge bedroom. No problem of electricity, hot water. Breakfast correct. Price good. If I compare to a famous hotel not far from this one, Gloria Inn is much better. This hotel must be known.

"Poor response to payment problem"

They double charged my credit card and couldn't resolve the problem in 3 days of trying. Pay cash here
