"No heat poor customer service and no care"

Well at first the price and location.

There was no heat all night. No maintenance or housekeeping or management or any type of staffing after 11. The security guard said he couldn’t do anything to help he couldn’t even access the room or call management. We called and no answer repeatedly and in the morning the staff couldn’t even fix or compensate for the no heat in the room.

I love this place. Very accommodating. Close to our property in Nikiski.

The price increase, I could stay in Soldotna for cheaper but we are very pleased with room & staff.
