The garden is well maintained and looks nice. Good swimming down the (slippery) steps, deep and clear water.

Unlike other places in the Philippines (and it is our third visit to the country), we did not feel welcome at all. The two ladies we met on arrival were quite unpleasant. This place is only suitable for people with their own transport. It is away from town and the last stretch of road is terrible. The main problem for us was that there is no food availble at the resort. Take-away could be ordered but not very nice to eat out of carton boxes and pay the extra fee for delivery. Also the maintenance of the rooms leaves much to be desired, we could not lock our room and when we pointed this out to one of the unpleasant ladies, she just laughed and ignored us. The shower head needs urgently to be replaced, the water went everywhere apart from towards your body. All in all this was our worst travel experience ever. We moved to another resort in Sante Fe, much nicer, cheaper and great food in their restaurant.

No TV working, no wifi working , fungus in pot for tea

The common areas are the best, very nice to enjoy the beach and the view. The room is very comfortable and clean.

WiFi didn’t work all the time. The layout of the bathroom is not the best and a bit uncomfortable. Is not a good place if you don’t drive a motorbike because is very far from everything.

Walking distance from the nicest and calmest beach of the island. Away from the "touristness" of Sante Fe center. Owners are kind and honest.

Aircon is a bit noisy. Sleep mode works but difficult to keep the room cool enough. Need indoor flip flops because you have to go by the shower (wet floor) to access the toilet. Because it is slightly remote, you need to get to the center to have dinner/breakfast (10min by tricycle/motorkbike). Little options to start the day without having to step by the center.

The room and bathroom were spacious, with AC, a fan and a separate kitchen with a fridge and cooking facilities. The surrounding gardens are lovely, and there are really nice ocean views from the garden. There are stairs leading down to the ocean where you can go swimming. The property is about a 10min drive from Santa Fe. The owner organised a scooter for us to hire and drove us to the ferry port at the end of our stay. The property is secure and there were usually people around maintaining the gardens or property.

The room was musty and smelt like the dogs had been inside. The driveway into the accommodation is very rocky and bumpy.
