Lara's Residence

Evrything was Great. The Host Laura give us all needed information about how we will find the Apartment and she also explain how we use all fascilities. i am glad that i choose rhis Apartment. it was also neer to evrything around the City Center. Evrythink was clean, we had also Toys for our Grandson. I realy recoment this Apartmwnt for a Family trip.

The location was near the river in perfect place!

Everything was good. Lara was very helpful and gave us all information we needed. Nice, clean and spacious.

Excellent host. The place has everything you need so you feel like home. It's super clean and nice. The location is perfect!

The property is in the central area of the city and somehow across the road from NH Hotel where they held a pharma event that we were part of. Extremely clean and modern furnished, the appartment offers a cozy retreat from trafffic and noise. We had two bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, a living, a kitchen and a wonderful patio with trees around it, a very nice place for entertaining. All the appartment was fully equiped, so that one can feel at home. The owner supplied us with short videos about how to use the house appliances and answered very fast to each message/question, etc.

When ordering a taxi, no matter if they come from the front or behind of the block, they had to come on a very narrow pathway and then get out of there with the rear side upfront. They did not like that and avoided to come near the block.

AC remote control was missing or hidden.

The host was very helpful and provided a lot of information and tips for our stay. The building was in a quiet neighborhood, easy to reach the city center by bike or foot as it was close to the river promenade. The appartment was quite spacious and the kids had a lot of toys to play. The garage was a welcome addition and the terrace was also nice for spending evenings.

The bathtub was missing courtains which made it difficult to shower upright and was not in the best shape. The AC in the living room had moments of improper functioning and there was an issue with an electric socket in the bedroom causing melted wires. An electrician was promptly sent but the problem requires some more more extensive electrical maintenance.
