"Good"

Overall not bad in terms of location, there was a market near by as well as places to eat. Was not far from the airport as well and very close to kotoubia mosque. Very walkable.

My only complaint is that the owners mentioned a tourist tax which is fine, it was 25 dirham per person per day. So we paid him the next day in full but then later he said we didn’t pay him and we needed to give him more. He was trying to scam us out of as much money as he could. When we left he tried stopping our taxi to get more money, fortunately we had a nice taxi driver who talked to him and then we left.

La atención de Mohamed, quien nos recibió a la noche, siempre predispuesto a ayudarnos, nos preparó el desayuno antes del horario. Youness también fue muy amable y atendía nuestros pedidos. Bouchra muy agradable. Trato muy cálido. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno muy bueno. Además nos permitieron dejar la valija después del check out.

Nuestra habitación era pequeña para tres camas, faltaba espacio de guardado.

Muy buena experiencia en general. El chico que nos atendió(Youness) fue muy amable y servicial. Incluso nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar el día del checkout que salimos a las 7:00 h. El Riad está muy bien ubicado en plena Medina pudiendo recorrer todo a pie.

El trato personal muy muy bueno, fueron muy flexibles tanto para la entrada como para la salida, el desayuno estaba riquísimo, las habitaciones muy bien y la ubicación excelente, a menos de 10 minutos andando del centro.
