The Hotel's location is good

The Hotel's location is good, The hostel inside is a bit old with old furniture and chairs are a bit dirty, They've told me that there will be hot water inside but there wasn't. As I asked they told me that it will work in the morning, the next morning I didn't see any hot water. I washed my hair in cold water. At the end they've manipulated me to give them a 10 star ⭐ review.
