"Very average facilities with very basic support staff. Decent room and very good location."

The location of the property is very good. The room is decent.

The amenities were very basic, and no toiletries were provided. There wasn’t even dustbins placed in the washroom. They must provide basic toiletries in soap dispensers.

"A week in Kochi"

It was an average

Wi fi was hit and miss at times and the worst thing was the mosquitos even though we sprayed the room every other day, we think in the bathroom they came in from the extractor vent and in the bedroom from the cap around the window. Should have stayed on Fort Kochi.

Location is the best

The AC wasn't working properly. And also the lift was not functioning.
