Great space and location for our small group to catchup and go out for dinner. The place was beautifully decorated, beds comfortable, AC, huge main bathroom, quiet, and we loved the outdoor patio! The host was very responsive and helped with my questions before arrival. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful place to stay in a renov ated 1880s Victorian. Room was very spacious, fully equipped with an eating area, and a nice outdoor porch. Very close to Brown University and downtown Providence.

Great location just minutes from Brown University. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was professional and helpful. The beautiful front garden added a relaxing touch to our stay. We'd happily stay here again.

We came to visit Brown University, and this place was absolutely perfect in terms of location. The room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bedroom. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We've already booked it again for Brown's summer program. Highly recommended!

I didn’t realize that the adorable bunkbeds were only the size for smaller children. But the livingroom couch was a pullout so it worked out fine.

Our suite was spotless and couldn't have been comfier. the house, garden, porch, common rooms were lovely and welcoming. A spectacular location, nestled among other historic homes and leafy cobbled streets, bordering Brown U., it was quiet and friendly. We'll definitely return, next time we're in Providence!
