The weather but only god control it!

Tolles Haus, tolles Ambiente. Nach dem Trubel in Marrakesch genau das Richtige, um wieder zur Ruhe zu kommen :) Hanane und Soufiane waren supernett und haben alle Fragen beantwortet. Vielen Dank!

Amabilité du personnel, propreté des lieux, très bien équipé et entretenu et magnifiquement décoré. Une gamme au dessus de tous les hôtels et gites que nous avons pu faire! Superbe

Prachtig mooie en schone kamerd, heerlijke ligbedden aan zwembad, goed verzorgde dieren (soort mini boerderij) en super aardig en hulpvaardig personeel die je helemaal thuis laten voelen. Een klein paradijs, fantastische uitzichten, ook vanuit het dakterras. Hier wil je zijn, het was ons mooiste en meest ontspannen verblijf tijdens onze reis door Marokko. Soms zijn bij hotels foto’s mooier dan in het echt, maar hier is het andersom, het is nog mooier dan de foto’s. Ook mogelijkheid om er te dineren en excursies te doen zoals paardrijden, quadrijden, hamman, trip naar Ourika vallei etc. Ik las vooraf 1 slechte recensie en begrijp werkelijk niet hoe iemand het zo heeft kunnen ervaren, vraag me af of die waar is. Wij vonden het heerlijk en prachtig.

Het was fantastisch. Enige minpuntje was dat het vilt van een van de biljartkeu’s af was. En zwembad wat fris in voorjaar, maar dat is op heel veel plekken zo. Verder echt alles super, dankbaar dat we hier geweest zijn.

Soufiane and Hannae were so kind and the place was wonderful, we could use the pool, the sun was fantastic. They arranged also the dinner and was delicious, the best tajine we had. Next time we come in Marrakech we have no doubts: we come back here!

We loved the room, the hotel area and landscape, the swimming pool and terrace, the animals (horses, sheeps, chickens, rabbits,...). The staff was very nice and accommodating (we arrived late but they even proposed to cook a quick dinner for us). A marvellous experience, we will come back!

The outside of the property and nature that naturally grows there. I can honestly say staff was kind up to a certain point and did try to accommodate but in the end wanted me out because I complained about everything I was dissatisfied with the conditions and took no accountability.

I am requesting a full refund due to lies and unsafe conditions, misrepresentation and unprofessional conduct during my stay (only was able to stay 2 nights / of a 7 day stay) The property was falsely advertised as luxury/upscale, when in reality it was in poor and unsafe condition. It is located nearly an hour from Marrakech in an isolated area that locals including the taxi driver, described as dangerous where there is drug use and stabbings occurring in that region. The room had a strong mold odor that made it difficult to breathe and forced me to run the AC all night and freeze, with visible mold in the bathroom, a leaking shower, and a door that would not lock—leaving me feeling unsafe and unable to leave my belongings unattended. The bathroom also had no door, which was intentionally not disclosed in the listing. During the night, the curtain rod fell and injured me, causing bleeding. There was no staff available to assist, and the following day I was told there was no band-air or first aid kit. I was left exposed overnight without curtains, which was extremely distressing as a solo traveler. Additionally, staff charged me cash for taxes already included in my booking and insisted on cash payments to avoid documentation. They were inconsistent and dishonest regarding guest policies—initially confirming my fiancé (Moroccan) could stay (he was listed on the reservation), then later denying it and speaking to him in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. Could have provided our immigration lawyers contact to confirm our filed marriage documentation and pending status (planning ceremony). When moved to another room, conditions were worse, with sawdust falling from the ceiling and unclean bedding containing hair from multiple different sources. Witnessed staff reusing used bedding that I had just slept in the night prior and was sick and coughing all over for new guests, which is unacceptable.

Nos encantó todo, la verdad que las fotos no hacen justicia al lugar. Está un poco alejado pero eso ya lo sabíamos. La zona de la piscina es espectacular , las instalaciones están muy cuidadas. La habitación es muy amplia, limpia y decorada con buen gusto. El desayuno muy rico y variado. El personal muy amable y atento, sin duda un lugar al que regresar a Marrakech
