Oteli genel olarak beğendik. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü ve tesisin tasarımı oldukça hoştu. Tesiste hayvanların bulunması çocuklar için güzel ve keyifli bir detaydı. Kahvaltısı lezzetliydi. Kahvaltıda servis sistemi olduğu için ürünler az az getiriliyordu. Bence bittikçe yenisinin otomatik olarak sunulması daha iyi olurdu. Odada yerden ısıtma sistemi olmasına rağmen konakladığımız süre boyunca aktif değildi. Klima ile ısınmak yeterli olmadı. Sezonluk bir durum olabilir ancak havanın soğuk olduğu dönemlerde ısıtma sistemlerinin hazır olması konfor açısından önemli. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Küçük iyileştirmelerle çok daha iyi bir tesis olabilir.

Oteli genel olarak beğendik, konumu ve ortamı oldukça güzeldi. Ancak odada yerden ısıtma sistemi olmasına rağmen konakladığımız süre boyunca aktif değildi. Klima ile ısınmak da yeterli olmadı. Sezonluk bir durum olabilir fakat havanın soğuk olduğu zamanlarda ısıtma sistemlerinin hazır olması konfor açısından önemli. Bunun dışında, tesisin temel donanımlarının misafir tarafından ayrıca talep edilmeden çalışır durumda olması konaklama deneyimini daha da iyileştirecektir. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, küçük iyileştirmelerle çok daha iyi olabilir.

Beautiful property. The pool and grounds are so beautiful and peaceful. There is lots of different spaces to sit and relax. The pool is cold in November, but still enjoyable to sit around or for a quick plunge. Our room was so spacious and full of character. We always had plenty of hot water for powerful showers and baths. They even offered to light a fire in the fireplace in our room. The staff here are great. Sarah was so friendly and helpful, she was always available to serve us and made our stay so relaxing. Sarah made our stay what it was, always checking in on us and making us laugh, we loved chatting with her. She organised a smooth transfer, meals, drinks and a massage. All a little expensive but good service.

If I am to be picky, the bed sheets were a little old and bobbly, some newer, softer ones would help elevate this to a more luxurious stay.

Le personnel était très gentil et à l’écoute, très belle piscine et un calme incroyable. Parfait pour se reposer en famille.
