The Blyde Crystal lagoon

I liked how clean and nice the place was and the easy access to the room

The lagoon is nice n clean, I can't tell more about it cos I'm afraid of water

The fact of not having our cooler boxes at the lagoon I didn't like it, we stayed there bored without any water, snacks and few drinks or food of my choice not to be forced to go and dine at the restaurant

The place was clean

There was no small amenities like coffee suger milk. Also no shower gel or soaps like In a hotel this would have made a diffrance also u know 2 guests are coming put the pool takes in the unit. Had to collect at the gate and the cue was so long. Also access control very poor system does not always take the pin and security very bad As well as the rules seam to apply to some regarding noise. No respect for each other in the pool area .

The restaurant had great food, I ordered ribs and they were too good to be true definitely going back for those ribs, the beach area especially the canoeing that was a good experience

The fact that I had to pay at the venue in order to access the beach area, I wish I would have paid a full package from the start

The place is beautiful, and very clean. It is worth the price. I would definitely come back.

The service from the receptionist. She was kinda rude, she couldn't help us to get through some facilities because she was lazy to do her job. I really enjoyed the stay but I am unhappy till today because I wasn't able to get to some facilities like the swimming pool area and others. If only the receptionist took us serious, we would have enjoyed everything.
