Good location, small and cozy.

The room was very cold. I have experienced this in other places in Japan since the houses are poorly isolated but this was extremely cold if you’re going in the winter.

Super helpful staff let us check in early and store our bags after check out. Excellent value for private room and good location. Warm and cozy.

One the the cleanest and nicest hostels I have ever stayed at!! Has a sauna that, but I didn't have a chance to use, but I looked inside and it was cozy. Showers are also very roomy and provide you a large area to put clothes and change. Also includes several amenities like face wash, toner, and lotion. Seems like this place was previously someone's home (cozy). Staff is very friendly and courteous. Attached Cafe was also really good. Recommend having one of your meals here if you get the chance. Definitely will come back to visit during the summer!

Location is pretty decent. It's very close to the bus station (convenient for me because I had luggage) and about 15 minute walk to the popular ryokans to use the day use onsens.
