We got a different room and they didn’t even provide its pictures

The breakfast was not included in my booking and moreover I checked out too early to have breakfast. The Property is very good and worth for money. It was fantastic experience.

There are no near by hotel for lunch or dinner.

The property is very rich and comfortable for stay. However, as far as the food is concerned, it is little difficult to get the dinner at night as the mess is not open at the time. The staff is very co-operative and humble. Overall it is nice place to stay.

If more 4 wheelers arrived at a time it would not be possible to accommodate.only two cars can be parked at a time at guest house premises

From the property varkala cliff is around 2km and other beaches are also around same distance. So by walk or by car it will take less time to reach there. We got 2 rooms with ac and the bedroom is larger than I imagined and it was well maintained and was cleaner. Caretaker was good. Overall it was a good stay.

We had tea and coffee from there and it was little expensive.
