We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Mr. Anil was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that all our needs were taken care of promptly. A special mention to Nithya chechi for preparing such delicious, homely meals that made our stay even more memorable. The rooms were very neat, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

After booking we called in the number provided in booking.com and the person who attended the call very lazily told there are no rooms left and the last room available is currently getting allocated to someone else. Even I told I have the booking confirmation he just was not ready to listen. Very bad experience from that person and I told him to cancel the booking u will try elsewhere. After that I guess it was the owner Mr. Anil called us to confirm on our arrival day. He was a gentleman and I explained the same to him and also shared the number and call recording. Don't know what happened after that since we had already booked another stay. Overall a very bad experience.

"Good enough for budget stay - basics provided."

Good value for money, simple room with AC was adequate. Size of the room and bathroom was good and space for parking a car was appreciated. Basics were there, room and sheets were clean.

The place is a bit rundown, the photos are clearly from many years ago. Paint is flaking in some parts of the walls and overall it's a bit dusty and not maintained in the long run. We didn't have a shower head in the bathroom and when we requested one, it didn't happen in 2 nights that we stayed there. Property location in Booking.com was wrong, the place is actually farther away from the main Varkala beach areas.

It's very near to the beach around 1.km to black sand beach. Accessibility to all other locations. Ample space for parking. Also they helped us get rental scooter on our arrival made us easy.

They don't have in house kitchen or hotel. Just limited to drinking water. But we have various other options available at beach and nearby to the property.
