Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Helpful manager. Good internet.

I had to ask sometimes for towels and toiletpaper, but when I asked it came right away.

The ASQ is situated in the middle of it all, so it is very convenient. There’s a very nice, english speaking taxi driver ( Sudharta) working at the hotel, and he took us to Ajanta Caves. A beautiful experience. The lightning in the room was fantastic - the only place, we did’nt have to use flash lights for reading.

The manager spoke english, but the rest of the staff was really could use more practice. The machine for the cards, didn’t work, so we had to pay by cash. ( Card worked perfectly the day after in Delhi)

Breakfast was very good with lot of options. The restaurant is very good .

It’s new hotel. Clean. good breakfast. Great service. hot shower. Rooftop restaurant.

Very Small room. On Noisy street. It’s say’s Mountain View room but can’t see from our room. Rooftop restaurant has Mountain View.

The staff was courteous un doubtedly and helpful. The facilities were clean and decent.

The major flaw in this property are it's windows. Since the property is situated on the main road, the vehicle noise and honking could be heard loud and clear even while the windows were shut. This made it difficult to rest peacefully at night. I could even hear the neighbouring rooms phones ringing loudly and the guests talking loudly. Some solide sound proofing is required. No complimentary waters given.

Food was super Booking contact number was not at all available...It caused a lot of panicker till check in especially as my flight got delayed and I reached there in night.. Please do change the number
