Polite staff, very clean and perfect location

Some of the other guests were dirty and rude.

Quiet surrounding, easy to park rental car. The exterior looks dated (16 years old this year) but the interior is very nice and well maintained! Rooms are large by Japanese standard (probably double usual size). 12th floor is for all guests to quietly enjoy Mt Fuji.

Stayed on the 11th floor facing mt Fuji. Wonderful view with double large floor to ceiling windows. However, the ceiling doesn't seem to be noise insulated as we could hear people walking or running on 12th floor.

鉄板焼をいただきましたが、お食事がとてもおいしかったです。外国人の男性スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。清潔でベッドも心地よくアメニティも充実していました。トイレとバスが別なのも良かったです。

フロントスタッフ（男性）のコンシェルジュ能力が低いのが残念。相談しても観光案内が不充分で親身に相談に乗ってもらっていない感じが残念。結局、自身で色々ネットで調べるしかなくホテルとしての機能が果たされていないと思いました。 観光に関するパンフレットや地図なども準備されていなくて、アウトレットだけが目的ではないのでとても困りました。 宿泊者専用の地下駐車場🅿️があることも何も案内がないので、外の駐車場に停めてしまいあとからとめなおすことになりました。 全てにおいてフロントの説明が不充分で親切ではありません。

Superbe hôtel à Gotemba. Propre et très confortable, l'hôtel dispose tout ce dont on a besoin. Le onsen commun est assez grand et parfaitement bien équipé (plusieurs bains intérieurs, bain extérieur, sauna et pleins d'équipements pour l'après bain). La chambre avec onsen extérieur est également très bien aménagée et la vue sur Gotemba et le Mont Fuji est très agréable pour se relaxer. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute de nos questions et requêtes. Il y a également un très beau jardin à l'intérieur de l'hôtel qui permet de faire une petite promenade de temps à autre. L'hôtel se situe en face d'un FamilyMart et à 3 minutes à pied du Shuttle Bus jusqu'à Gotemba Premium Outlet. Nous avons utilisé le taxi pour nous déplacer depuis l'hôtel jusqu'à la station et cela ne prend que 5 minutes. Le séjour fut plus qu'agréable et je recommande l'hôtel à toutes personnes de passage à Gotemba ou Hakone.
