Apt Ella

The apartment had really everything we needed and more. The owner was very nice and helpful and responsive at all time. Spacious apartment, cozy, had heating (we really needed it during our stay in december), warm bathroom, space for shoes, rack for clothes, all the kitchen apliances and stuff you need (+owen, toaster, refrigirator...), fast and always working wifi, movable tv, spacious couch. There is also a big balcony with shading and parking space beside it. The apartment is at the end of the street, so outside was quiet and away from busy street. We really enjoyed everything and had a wonderful stay!

Tento apartmán splnil naše očakávania, nič nám nechýbalo. Mozem len odporučiť. Pekný priestranný, pre 3 clennu rodinu ideálny. Pekne zariadený, vybavený so všetkým s čím sme ani nerátali, myčka riadu, práčka, gril, balónové posedenie, susiak na pradlo, žehlička. Proste všetko na 1. Sme radi ze sme mali možnosť byť práve u vás. :) Skvelá a promptna komunikácia s majiteľkou, bola veľmi milá a nápomocná.

Jedine co smiem vytknúť je tenká stena v spálni od vedľajšieho apartmánu, tam keď sa vo večerných hodinách smiali/ rozprávali nahlas, sa to dalo prenikavo počuť.

Velmi dobrá lokalita, prezentace odpovídala skutečnosti, bohaté vybavení kuchyně, čisté prostředí, příjemná komunikace s majitelkou.

L'appartamento è in una ottima posizione. Vicino al centro del paese, a 100 metri dalla passeggiata del lungomare, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di sabbia di bijeca, a 15 minuti da quella dei sassi. Con la macchina in 20 minuti si arriva facilmente al parco naturale del Kamenjak dove il mare è meraviglioso. L' appartamento è fornito di tutto. C è la lavatrice, la lavastoviglie e un balcone dove stendere le asciugamani. Aria condizionata, piano ad induzione ed un forno. Parcheggio sotto casa. Negozio di alimentari nelle vicinanze o comunque c'è un lidl a 5 minuti in macchina. L'host gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere velocemente alle nostre richieste. Ci ha fatto trovare acqua e biscotti di benvenuto. Tutto positivo, consiglio sicuramente

Location perfect for the event I was attending

Not the property’s fault…. But very noisy neighbours

Despite being in a busy area, it is very quiet and peaceful. Parking is provided, but there was no need for a car because everything is within walking distance of 10-15 minutes. The terrace is very pleasant, ideal for drinking your morning coffee and for relaxing after swimming (it does not have a spectacular view of the sea or the bay, but it is a good size and protected by blinds).

personally, we are used to harder mattresses and pillows, so these were too soft for us. But that is matter of personal habit. In the living room, two adults can't really sleep on the couch when it's stretched out (without a mattress topper), but it's ok for two children.
