"WE CLEANED POOPS FROM BATHROOM!"

Nothing special,

Bathroom was dirty and on our repetitive request to clean, they didn't do anything, we asked them to get us utensils to clean up, so they gave it to us! the stupid and unprofessional behaviour of staff! They were extremely illiterate in terms of how to communicate.
