I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience—the accommodations were clean and the staff was courteous. However, I was disappointed that we were unable to dine in the dining room, and there was no breakfast available for the children. This was unexpected, especially for a hotel of this caliber. I even offered to pay for the breakfast, but unfortunately, it was not an option.

This was a great hotel for a one night stay after a concert in Goyang. My friends and I used the room well. The staff were very friendly and let us check in early. The room itself was large and very clean. It is in a quiet, residential area but you do have to walk up a bit of a hill to get to the actual hotel/hostel. Overall, it was worth the money for a one-night stay.

The beds were basically box springs and very uncomfortable. It was hard to sleep. It was fine since my friends and I only stayed for one night, but anyone staying longer might not be able to sleep well. Also, the bathroom didn't have any toiletries like soap or shampoo which was surprising. We didn't know so we had to go out and buy some for our overnight stay.

Tidy and cosy. Friendly and helpful staff, easily accessible.
