An absolute perfect appartment if you are traveling by car. I could not get enough from the wonderfull view from the terrace and very comfortable conditions. The appartement is very new, very beautiful designed and best equipped, we had absolutely everything we needed and even more. All our special needs were solved on the same day from the very kind and friendly owners. They also gave as many advises about the trips and places to visit, what was really helpful. The town has a good beach, ca 10 min by car from the appartment (no way without car). The shops and restaurants can also only be reached by car (5min). But this appartment and this view (the appartement is located on mountain) is absolutely worth it! If we come to Liguria again we will definitely make the same choice.

Absolutely nothing

La maison est très bien équipée, tout est neuf, fonctionnel, très propre et joliment décoré. On dispose d'une terrasse avec salon avec une très belle vue, d'un beau jardin avec table, chaises et hamac et d'une place de parking ce qui est un luxe à Chiavari. Le plus, la climatisation! La mer et les commerces sont proches. Les propriétaires sont formidables, très accueillants, chaleureux et disponibles et en même temps discrets. Des fruits, des boissons fraiches, des gâteaux, des friandises nous attendaient. Ils ont partagé leur barbecue à notre arrivée et le jour de mon anniversaire une surprise et un petit cadeau m'attendaient. Un super séjour entre gênes et les Cinque Terre. Magnifique région de Ligurie!

Rien, tout est parfait.

The apartment is well equipped with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen equipped with the necessary things. The terrace on the 1st floor offers a beautiful view both day and night. The furniture is nice and the beds comfortable. The host provided us fruits, water and juice, which was verry appreciated by our kids.

I didn't like one of the access ways that if you don't know them, you can have difficulties. For example, we used Waze and it took us on a very bad road, even on a dead-end street, then on a hard-to-reach section without asphalt. With great difficulty I reached the address. I had to call the host for further information. The second access option is much better, but I had to look more closely on Google maps, based on previous experience. I recommend adding clearer information to get to the address to avoid the bad road. The nice part was that on the bad road, we saw a deer. Another minus was that in the evening I found several small ants in the living room. It is also difficult to ventilate the bathroom with a small fan.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Wszystko jest nowe i czyste. Gospodarze są uprzejmi i bardzo się starają, ale w nienachalny sposób. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, ze wszystkim czego możesz potrzebować do ugotowania wszystkich posiłków. W lodówce była chłodna woda i soki dla dziecka co bardzo nas ucieszyło po podróży samochodem w upalne lato. 5 minut drogi od domu jest świetny supermarket. W 15 minut można dojechać nad morze. Blisko do Rapallo, Portofino, Sestri Levante. Polecamy plaże Baia di Paraggi oraz w Moneglia. Wieczorem jest cicho i spokojnie. Widoki na okoliczne wzgórza i w oddali Morze Śródziemne. Idealne miejsce aby wypocząć latem, z dala od zgiełku, jednocześnie blisko wszędzie gdzie potrzeba. Polecamy!

Nic nie trzeba poprawiać. Dojazd trzeba tylko pomyśleć za nawigacje i opisać żeby jechać od strony rzeki, a nie najkrótszą drogą bez asfaltu przez wzgórze.

Tranquillità, zona collinare, fresco, vista su Chiavari. Accoglienza ottima e altrettanto la partenza.
