I had a wonderful stay at your hotel from 4th March to 6th March 2025 (2 nights), and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service and hospitality provided by your entire team. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay truly relaxing. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, adding a warm and personal touch to my experience. I was equally impressed with the hotel's facilities and amenities, which further enhanced the comfort and enjoyment of my visit. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend your hotel to others. Thank you once again for your warm hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

SUGGESTIONS: I would like to kindly suggest that adding a telephone in each room would be highly beneficial, allowing guests to easily contact the reception for any inquiries or assistance during their stay. This small addition could significantly enhance overall convenience and improve the guest experience. Additionally, I would like to request the hotel to consider offering early check-in or late check-out for guests who may require it due to unavoidable circumstances. If possible, we would greatly appreciate it if such flexibility could be provided without additional charges as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you for your understanding and your continued efforts to enhance guest comfort.

Location was near the airport

The behaviour of the staff at the counter was totally unexpected and offending. Tried to offer Alcohol to a Solo traveller, that too a girl

Location of the hotel is near to Guwahati Airport (1km) is the highlight. Rooms are small. Generator facility was not available, but only Inverter. Breakfast was not provided because no restaurant in the hotel.

A budget friendly stay

No responsible personnels are available at the reception desk at all times; even during check in and check out. Poor quality of response from the property. Problem with Wifi has not been cleared even after complaining to the property and Booking.com

Every thing I like there

The room was not cleaned. They did the cleaning in a rush, The doormat was fully soaked n wet near the toilet and it was stinking too. Toilet was so dirty as well. N service staff were also not quick and helpful. They said, boiling kettle was kept, which was not there too. ..Asking for it never reached room. Worst stay experience. Nothing was as per the price I paid!
