I recently stayed at this hotel and had one of the worst experiences. I booked online, but upon arrival, they charged me extra. The basic amenities were lacking—they didn't even provide Good Knight liquid for mosquitoes. The AC stopped working on the second day, and they demanded extra charges to shift rooms. To make things worse, the toilet was not functioning properly. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
