GBThe cottage was beautiful, it was spacious and spotless. A surprised welcome package was in the kitchen on arrival which was really thoughtful. It was outstanding value for money. We would definitely stay again. Had excellent communication with Susan throughout our booking and stay.

GBA beautiful property, we liked everything about. There is a bedroom and shower room on the bottom floor which was perfect for my parents, then on the first floor a large lounge and kitchen dinner. It was so spacious for us as a party of 4 adults and four children. The sun deck out the back was great for sitting with a drink and there is a bbq. We met the owner Susan who was so lovely and her two dogs also lovely. She let us check in a bit earlier which we didnt end up doing in the end as we were exploring Matlock. There was a little basket of goodies and something for our dog. We felt welcomed at the cottage and it was a perfect location for our plans. It also has beautiful views and there is alovely Waterfall walk on the same street.

GBRosemary Cottage was a beautiful place to stay. It had everything you could ever need for an enjoyable holiday stay, it was very spacious and in a fantastic location. Situated very close to the countryside and town, just perfect for me, my family and dog friendly too! I highly recommend the cottage and host Susan is just brilliant! She went above and beyond to help, thank you ☺️.

GBStunning town house style property with spacious rooms. The location is fantastic with a lovely walk right out the door and a small taphouse only two mins walk. We’ll definitely return.
