The location direly at the beach is very nice. The hotel staff and management (Mr. Kingsley) are super friendly and accommodating to special requests! The rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful view. Lunch / Dinner is fresh, great variety and reasonably priced. The beach and water are clean and not crowded as the hotel is not in the city, but near by. (7 min by tuk tuk) The tuk tuk driver Shan is also very friendly and showed us some nice things around the area! Thanks!

The rooms are not very sound proof and there could be Sun-umbrellas for the property. Otherwise nothing wrong with the place 👍

Small detail, cushions for beach seating and rooms would be a nice extra. A fridge for the room would also be handy.

Chyběly slunečníky, potom i lehátka, když přijelo více hostů. Na pokoji nebyla lednice, prostor na ni byl.

Small family run hotel. On beach front and able to watch fishermen come in with their catch. Chose hotel for peaceful location and first night in SL. Very good crab curry in evening. Breakfast very generous.

Unfortunately the generator kicked in just past midnight for half hour. Very noisy and disturbed sleep. Apart from relocate generator and avoiding electrical power outage bit certain what the hotel could do.
