The location of the hotel is great and the views from the rooms and the pool area is amazing. The pool was very clean. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Food was good and reasonably priced. There are also some nearby restaurants and a small supermarket. The staff was really nice and attentive. It was a perfect stay before going home after traveling around on Sri Lanka.

Location was wonderful. Right next to the ocean beach but with a nice private area gated for residents. Breakfast was great. Just ask for any thing else and staff happy to help. Loved our very large room. Great design and fittings. Very much a boutique hotel.

At the time we stayed they were having a WiFi crisis but I'm sure that has been rectified.

The village was little bit boring.Waves in beach is too powerful to swim.

smart resort, good location, wonderful staff, very delightful dinners and breakfasts (even though I don't like spices), easy-going managers, nice and very able chef.

It’s a great hotel - the best in Marawila. Best beach, super nice personel and hospitality also mind blowing fantastic food in western Sri Lanka. Thanks for our stay for sure recomend this place 😍

From the moment we arrived, we where treated like royalty, couldnt do enough for us , I thought it was because we where English, but soon relized every guest was treated equally, absolutely fantastic the lot if them , we are at the very late stages of a 7 week holiday, and this is by far the best , the food was outstanding, we were on a half board basis, and given a choice of from a very large menu , but to be honest if you wanted something that wasn't on there , the chef would do his best to accommodate you , ultra modern hotel as its only months old , thankyou and we will be back for sure , 😀 😊

The only thing .we didn't like after our 7 night stay was leaving, I'd of loved to of stayed, there , and as I put In message above we will be going back next year or maybe later this year, I'm not going to single out any staff they where all magnificent, as where the owners , but there is a younger member of staff called sami , who would brighten up the most miserable of us with his lovley smile ,

very new and beautifull hotel, spacious and clean room, just few speps from the ocean, very friendly and helpful stuff. A bit far from the airport but stuff helped to arrange transfer to us in advance. Super nice place to stay for couple of nights and great beggining of the trip, highly reccomended!
