Virtually brand new architect designed residence which could easily double as a luxury home for an extended family The fixtures and fit out were first class, bedroom and bathroom very large and comfortable Being a kilometre or more off the main road in a rural area it was whisper quiet at night The manager, Mr K Mukunthon proved to be an exceptional host and nothing was too much trouble and he was happy to show us around part of the 120 acres of varied farmland that the hotel is located on Close to the Elephant Pass and only an hour drive to Jaffna

While it didn’t matter during our stay as we were the only guests in the small boutique hotel, the TV is located in a large lounge room so multiple use amongst guests may not be so easy Having said that, we would stay here again without hesitation

It was spacious , felt like being at home . My toddler son who needed the space loved the doors highlight would be the big fish pond at the centre of the hotel . From staff to food everything was exceptional , catered to wide range of needs when it came to food ,authentic local Jaffna food severed at all meals .

Nothing we were family of 8 staying at the hotel and it was beautiful and well maintained

The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. We went during the week so it was very quiet and we had the entire pool to ourselves. We would highly recommend this place!

Furniture and outlet placement for our room wasn't great.

Even though the photos looked nice already, we were very suprised by the hotel’s very high quality! The premises, the pool, the spaceous rooms and bathrooms are very clean and very well looked after - definitely high above Sri Lankan standards. Also, there is a nice rooftop to enjoy the evening. A special thanks and greetings go to the very obliging general manager Mukunthan, who warmly welcomed us and made sure that we had everything to enjoy our stay. He even made us a delicious local dinner, which we greatly appreciated since we arrived late in the evening. He also brought us local breakfast - all made by himself. We really enjoyed our stay and would‘ve loved to extend it since Mukunthan‘s friendly and warm personality made us feel very welcome. Thank you Mukunthan, we will definitely come back!

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, sauberes Zimmer und Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal. Konnten problemlos früher einchecken und später auschecken. Haben uns sogar ein grösseres Zimmer gegeben obwohl wir das günstigere gebucht hatten. Essen war sehr lecker. Am Nachmittag gratis Tee und Kekse. Wasser in einem Gästekühlschrank zur freien Bedienung. Rundum perfekt und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis!

Nothing it was flawless

So this hotel has been built on the land of the owners who have worked on this land for generations. The surrounding area is deprived and was heavily hit by the war. So this is such a wonderful investment. It is particularly good for single women travellers. It is basically like a very large condominium. The swimming pool is very clean. And you can order whatever you want to eat traditional Sri Lankan dishes or western dishes. The Sri Lankan dishes were so good it brought tears to my eyes. Fresh juices and coconut water freely available. Service and staff are unobtrusive. I feel very safe here but also discreetly looked after. One of my pictures would show where I have chosen to work. It is so lovely to see big families from this area coming stay so that they can see their families.
