"Lovely location. Welcoming and helpful hosts. Comfortable cottage."

Very roomy and comfy. Lovely location.

Staying with friends so would normally look for more than one bathroom as only one toilet upstairs.

Great location for stop off on the way to Cornwall. Accommodation was spotless.

No Internet, sad we were unable to use the fire, very sparsley furnished. No bedside cabinets in one room, and no lamps.

"We enjoyed our short break."

8.0

Gulllers End was conveniently located for our planned activities. The hosts were welcoming, as was the neighbour who kindly directed us to Gullers End when we went to the wrong property . The property was very clean. I think the property's description should be updated to inform potential bookers that the property has a steep, narrow staircase with a hand rail & the typical 'up and down' floor on the first floor that whilst reflecting the property's character, could be challenging for anyone who experiences difficulty with walking & stairs.

When I booked, I hadn't realised that the M50 is close by the property & traffic noise can be heard.

Rural location. Very clean and everything in good order.

It would have been nice to have had bedside tables and lights in the bedrooms.

"Well located and good for visiting the local area"

7.0

The cottage is well located: a short drive from Tewkesbury and Ledbury, and a couple of minutes away from a pub (The Duke's inn), which serves excellent food (and massive portions - be warned!). The cottage itself is pleasant and perfect for a short stay: good kitchen, nice living room, and two comfortable beds. The noise from the motorway does creep in, so if you're looking for absolute silence, this is something to consider....although it didn't disturb us at all. There's no Wi-Fi, but, luckily, the cottage is right next to a 4G post, which provides a faster, more stable connection than most Wi-Fi.

We asked the owners if we could charge our electric car using the mains; however, they declined, which meant that we had to go off searching for public charge points; less than ideal after a 4-hour drive and low battery. We offered to pay in cash and cover any costs. It's a shame there wasn't a bit more flexibility given the circumstances/location.
