INStaffs were friendly, decent location near to Jammu Central.
Wifi Problems, building under-construction so noises and frequent disturbances. No proper allocation of staffs to do the necessary works, had to ask for Towel, Soaps lot of times before getting one! There are small issues like blankets are not having proper covers which leads to not clean blankets, bedsheets are also not clean. Not having lift, so access to 2nd or 3rd floors can be pretty difficult with old people as stairs are pretty steep and narrow.
