The QR sometimes don’t really work. It’s hard to drive through the guardhouse. There is also only one lift available and the waiting time is quite long. Especially the workers is using the peak hours (morning) and utilising the lift often.

- Very new and well furnished - Free washing machine and dryer, though the queue could be very long because only 2 units - Comes with Netflix - Helpful staff

- Only 1 bathroom in a 3-bedroom unit - Bathroom emits a smell even when we just moved in - Bidet makes a very loud sound when being used
