Awesome experience what a beautiful place I will definitely recommend it

House is clean and well furnished. Location is great with fantastic views on the lake. 30min from Niagara falls. Beds are good except for the sofa bed.

Beautiful location on the lake with scenic views. House was nicely furnished.

Not well maintained inside or out. High grass and weeds. Gnat infested yard. Deck had dangerous broken stair step. Awning snd umbrella for table were broken. Inside of house was NOT clean. Spider webs in all rooms on ceilings. Furniture had visible large crumbs in cushions. All ceiling fans were very dirty. After dark, thousands of gnats entered the house through gaps in windows where AC units were improperly installed. In order to sleep in the bedrooms (only rooms with AC), we had to vacuum the gnats off the ceilings, stuff the gaps in the windows, which took over an hour. This still didn’t get rid of all the bugs. With proper maintenance, yard care and spraying for bugs, this could have been a delightful experience but unfortunately was quite the opposite! Very disappointing stay and definitely NOT worth the price we paid for the night. Just glad we didn’t book a longer stay!!!

The location was fab and the property was clean and well maintained.

Although the property had all the listed amenities, some of those were not easily accessible such as wifi passcode - had to get in touch with the property manager to obtain that. Since we were traveling in the winter, we expected the property’s temperature to be warm but it took almost 3-4 hrs for the temperature to come upto 72F from 44F as the heating was not on. One would expect these things to be taken care of without having to ask for by call or text.

We were travelling with our granddaughters and it was the perfect place to unwind after a day at Niagara Falls. We enjoyed both the indoors and the outdoors. As well, the quiet visiting space.

We really didn’t care, but we never found the wifi code.
