A very nice, well trained staff. Active management doing a great job.

There is no elevator, but I didn’t mind taking the steps because it’s good exercise.

The staff were ok

How this had a high customer rating I don't know. Stayed here to wait for connection flights, the staff were OK, the place ... horrible The bed was terrible, room looked dirty
