Location.

I didn’t end up staying due to heavy rain. I visited the property to be told by staff l have water in my tent (that l was booked to stay in) He said, oh we can put a towel near the door, that’ll stop the water coming in. I asked to look inside the tent, and water all over the floor, water close to the bed. Clearly leaking. Staff couldn’t speak good English, had trouble communicating about my booking. I tried to explain, the tent isn’t suitable to sleep in if leaking water, with this heavy rain etc.
