We liked the location

No hot water. Low class room service. Not much of facilities provided. They havnt checked the room before handing it over to us. So many things were not up the mark which were mentioned as the basic necessities

"Location was good, Hotel was good but service was very slow."

Service was very slow, i ordered a tea at 9 am and i received at 12.15 pm after 3 calls
