Nothing. Only the humble Nature of Mr Sanjeev Puri convinced us to stay at Hotel Lemonade instead of Puri guest house

We were alloted room 107 which has old furniture and ambience was not good. No AC, no wifi, distorted furniture, no hot water, no bathroom mat, old bedsheets. We also requested to change the room however alternate option provided to us was small room and they too had uncomfortable ambience and facilities. Am disappointed totally as the room picture while booking showing were really good but in real different story.
