"Disappointing"

I had booking for 31st Jan with an amount of Rs.2300. I extended the booking for next day through app booking.com. This time the charge was showing Rs.1700 on app, but he denied to give this discount and charged both day on the rate with Rs.2300. I showed him the booking details, but he didn't accept and charge me fully with Rs. 2300. However, I paid him in same rate for both days.

The property does not exist in the mentioned location on google map. Visited the venue to find that it is not present there. Called the hotel number mentioned in google. They said rooms are full so we give you give you any room and look for other hotels . had to shift entire family to a different location which is not an ideal situation.
