"Too many mosquitoes and other insects. The air-conditioning was average."

Way of telling their policies through WhatsApp, whereas, the right way is to mention in your terms and conditions at booking app. Telling through WhatsApp is very awkward, I would have definitely dropped it but it was already very late and I had very few hours to sleep to travel early the next morning.

The studio was clean.
