"I will NEVER stay here again"

I loved that it is a serviced apartment. Full kitchen, two full bedrooms, living room, dining area and even a laundry room with two balconies.

Checkout time was at 11:30am. We were signing paperwork for our new residence in an area in the community. I expressed to the apartment owner my husband was out handling that while myself and our two children stayed behind. He told us we had to be out by 12pm. So at 12pm, this man had his staff come get our luggage and my things and had me and my two small children sitting outside under a "veranda" in the heat, with all our things. The most disgusting act from a so-called professional I've ever seen.
