Casa nuovissima, accogliente, posto bellissimo

Completely new, tastefully furnished, huge house (4 bedrooms!). The neighborhood is calm, the building is at a sufficient distance from the neighbors. The view of the Velebits is impressive.

Several houses are being built in the area, but this did not disturb the stay. We didn't find a coffee maker, but maybe there was one. (It's a pretty big house.) :)

The owner was really nice and helpful, and she also left some local spirits for us upon arrival; it was a nice welcoming package. The view from the terrace is much better in person than in the picture. Furthermore, the view from the kitchen is just stunning! The house is very clean, modern, large, and in a great location. The beaches are really close (within walking distance). Also, if you want to, some other great locations are nearby to travel to if you don't want to spend the day at the beach.

In my personal opinion, there could have been more and bigger pillows on the beds. Also, the air-conditioning units were really hard to figure out. Most of the time, only two of the air-conditioners worked; however, they were powerful enough to cool the whole house.
