Host very friendly and quick to text and sort all the check in details. The property was really nice and clean and in a great location! Everything is walking distance, many restaurantes and pizzerias around. A small supermarket just around the corner, as well as a pharmacy. In front of the beach, literally 1 min walking and your at the beach! 10-15 min walk to Duomo di Cefalu and those historical streets.

There was no WiFi available which the host promptly told us about at time of check in. Just the day before checking out WiFi became available so we spent most of our week with no WiFi which was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, it can be a bit noisy at night when there’s concerts happening which I guess it’s normal since we stayed in August (the busiest season).

The apartment was spacious and convenient. Air-condition in both rooms worked silently. There was enough space in the bathroom. Two basins and bidee. The shower worked perfectly and there were even 2 of these. Location was just perfect! The beach was in front of the house only few steps away. The kitchen was all fully equipped but we had very good breakfast downstairs at the cafeteria. The supermarket was around the corner. You can reach everywhere by foot incl. to the train station. We loved to have dinner in various restaurants admiring the unforgettable sun setting. Lots of good restaurants and friendly service.

Eine ausgesprochen schöne Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage, 2 Minuten zum Strand und direkt über Restaurant, Eisdiele, Bäckerei und Supermarkt. In die Altstadt sind es auch nur wenige Gehminuten. Der Vermieter ist außergewöhnlich freundlich die Wohnung super sauber und riesengroß. Zu begrüßen gibt es eine nette Süßigkeit im Kühlschrank. Ohne Einschränkungen, empfehlenswert! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We have done quite a bit of travelling and for us this rates as right near the top as far as location, the apartment and the communication with the owner. The owner was busy when we arrived so we were greeted by his parents who were so kind and helpful. We even received some complimentary Sicilian pastries.Very nice touch! Apartment was spotless, very modern with everything you would ever need. Espresso maker and coffee supplied was a bonus for me. Sitting on the balcony enjoying coffee with the sights and sounds of the street below was entertaining. Restaurants, coffee shops and the beach right outside the door. Old town is a 5 minute walk away.

The rooms are great for friends, own beds in own rooms. The beds are good. The flat has everything you need; small things make your stay easy. Good communication.

Giuseppe was a very friendly host! The appartement is very close to the beach and the old town and comes with a privat parking space. The appartement is juge was perfekt for two adults and two kids.

Coffee maker would have been great and bedding pulled away from corners of beds very easily making it hard to keep the fitted sheet in place
