Ben Kalulu House

The location is a bit deceiving because it’s quite deep into the residential area and at night it’s feels unsafe travelling that far on such bumpy dirt roads.

The picture of the house shows ocean views on advertising/marketing the property.. it’s abit deceiving because the beach/ocean is not within a short walking distance as portrayed . The internet access was not available and hence we were isolated once on the property despite your attempt at giving us a router. I really didn’t like the part that we had to drive back to a point of reception to call you and get entry onto the property because the property supervisor was asleep and couldn’t hear us calling out for about 20 mins and it was raining ,

Terrible , sorry to say but if i am on vacation i do not want to stay in an informal settlement

We liked the property itself. It was spacious and with all amenities. Flower gardens around the propert made it more beautiful. Excellent sea views but part of the waters are muddy since it was a river mouth beach.

Contacting with the property was a nightmares. The did not reply to any one of our messages regarding early check in and did not respond to our call on arrival. The property does not have sign board or street name or number so it was extremely difficult to find it. After checking many house around, we could locate it with no one at the gate to open. Unbelievable! Someone came after many hoots to open the door, who was very polite and humble.

Clean kitchen with all utensils available and good working condition. Big lounge n dinning area with all one need for dinning and all drinks 🍸 after dinner. Nice specious bedrooms, bathrooms n shower makes one feel home. Home far away from home.

No signage board on the road for direction.
