Superbe endroit un peu à l’écart des gros hôtel ce qui est chouette ! Un homestay familial et très agréable, la nourriture y est délicieuse- mention spécial pour le bun thit nuong qu’on a adoré. Si vous voulez faites des excursions, les hôtes peuvent vous aider, super facile !

W pokoju nie było niczego oprócz łóżek, dużo różnych robaków w pokoju, pokój nie jest zbyt przytulny.

The room was very clean and spacious. There were both air conditioner and fan. The owners were very nice and spoke good English and were very communicative. They offer laundry service and not only helped me booked a bus but also took me to the bus pick up point and made sure that I got on ok. It’s right by the riverside and although my room did not have a view I can sit outside. It is about 1km walk to town but that was fine by me as there were a lot of coffee shops and restaurants and massage places along the way and the whole neighborhood was really quiet (the area to go for drinks at night while looking out to the river). Breakfast was good with a few options to pick from. There is nothing fancy about this home but for a quiet atmosphere, comfortable sleeping accommodations, and wonderful hosts, I give this a 10!

Vì phải đi chân ko vào nhà, nên tôi thấy sàn hơi bẩn.

Die tolle Familie :) Kind und Erwachsene haben so viel über die Kultur gelernt. Außerdem die Sitzgelegenheiten und Frühstück am Fluss.

La colazione l’escursione prenotata tramite la struttura a paradise e dark cave

La struttura appare squallida ed è sporca. Nella prima stanza in cui sono stata l’aria condizionata ti arrivava dritta in testa e dopo aver riposato per un’ora mi faceva male la fronte fino all’occhio. Ho aperto l’armadio per appoggiarci la valigia e ne è uscito un pipistrello. Ho chiamato il proprietario che lo ha tramortito e lo ha poi liberato. Poco dopo ho visto una lucertola. Ho chiesto che mi cambiasse la stanza e lo ha fatto. In questa l’aria condizionata era ben posizionata ma dentro l’armadio era sempre sporco così per appoggiare le cose avevo solo un piccolo comodino e una sedia: davvero poco confortevole. Non sono riuscita a farmi una sola doccia calda: l’acqua era solo tiepida. La posizione rimane lontana circa 20 minuti a piedi dal molo che rappresenta anche il centro. Ho letto in una recensione che era meglio perché si stava più in pace. Onestamente non ho visto tutto questo gran movimento di persone da rendere l’ambiente caotico: le persone la sera sono stanche dopo aver passato la giornata a fare le escursioni con un caldo umido che da solo ti toglie energie. Inoltre, contrariamente all’atteggiamento che ho riscontrato in quasi due mesi che sono stata in Vietnam, i proprietari sono più preoccupati a venderti transfert ed escursioni piuttosto che farti sentire a tuo agio. Personalmente non ci tornerei nemmeno se mi offrissero gratis la stanza.

Great location, right on the river. It is only about a 15 min walk to reach the centre of Phong Nha town. The breakfast was also good and the host was very nice.

There was no fridge in the room and nowhere to place bags other than on the floor. But these are only minor points - overall the property was very good.

Mould in the rooms, problem with damp, sink just flows onto the floor, rooms dirty, lots of mosquitos.
