central location, small but cosy, everything you need is available,very good value for money and very friendly host

The apartment is very centrally located with lots of cafés and bars nearby, yet it is rather quiet. The apartment is just on the edge of the touristy part, which can be skipped if one choses to walk in the opposite direction. Marjanishvili metro station is a pleasant 5-minutes walk. The apartment is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to reach it. The apartment is very clean and freshly renovated, everything is just as in photos. The couch in the kitchen transforms into a double bed or two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a washing machine (detergent included), the AC worked quite well in 35 °C / 95 °F. As the name suggests, there is a good choice of books in the apartment, and we even found a chessboard. The property owners were always in touch since we made the booking, checking in went as smooth as it gets, and there was a bottle of cold white wine waiting for us in the apartment.

The apartment may feel a bit small if you travel in a large group (there were four of us and we spent one night just fine).

Very good location, quiet place. Very comfortable bed. The host was very nice to us, always on the phone if we needed anything. But we didn't need anything, because everything was VERY GOOD! We enjoyed our staying at the apartment.

If you're coming with friends, be sure to save some hot water in the morning because the boiler is not that big for 4 people 😄
