The room is veery comfortable! The location is excellent, staffs very friendly. Wifi worked very well!

The location is perfect, close to everything but outside from the busy and noise main street. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, so pleasant to have a conversation with. The room is very good and the beg very comfortable. Wifi worked very well, so I could easily work from there. Good bikes to rent there as well.

The location is super convenient, with great facilities at an affordable price. Definitely recommend it for solo travelers!

Everything was great, but I just remembered the soap and shampoo in the bathroom were empty when I arrived. Maybe they could restock them next time! 😀

Room was lovely and clean. Staff really friendly and helpful. Less then 10 min walk from the beach and very easy to find.

Property was lovely. Downside of it was the noise that came throughout the night. I don’t even think I had 4 hours sleep both nights I stayed at this accommodation.

I had lost my card and was low on cash, and I needed to get on my boat to Bali or else I would miss my flight. The receptionist ferried me around town on a scooter trying different ATMs with my backup card (Amex, which none would take...), and then connected me with his friend who could get me some cash with contactless on my phone. We then realised the boat was about to leave, so we rushed back to the hotel, packed my bags with help from another guy from the staff, and then they helped rush me through the checkpoints and crowds at the dock, to get on the boat with a minute spare. Tl;dr if it wasn't for the staff solving my problems, I would've missed my boat and my flight! They are very helpful and care about you having a good stay.

The room ("Upstairs Budget") is not soundproofed so not for light sleepers.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfy, the staff are friendly and helpful and carried our heavy bags up and down the stairs. It’s around a 7 min walk from the port

There is a lot of noise from the surrounding neighbourhood and also from the staff laughing, singing and talking loudly till around 1am- it sounds like they are in the room with you. The shower is very unpredictable and sometimes doesn’t work at all

Truly amazing! The room, price, facilities, staff, and owner are all incredible! I even decided to extend my stay for one more night. They blocked the room for me even though I wasn't sure yet. When I confirmed the extension, David gave me the same price as my initial booking, even though it's high season and the rates are usually higher. Highly recommend if you're traveling to Gili—I'll be back anytime I'm traveling to Gili! :)) Thankyou David, Rian, Putra, and Wahyu.
