Sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am See. Super nettes Personal. Wir haben auch direkt dort zu Abend gegessen, was sehr lecker war.

Атмосферный отель, тут необычная планировка и дизайн, но при этом уютно и красиво. В номере было все необходимое, было чисто. Хорошее расположение отеля, - отсюда красивый вид на озеро, тут не шумно, при этом в пешей доступности есть отличный ресторанчик и отсюда удобно отправляться на сафари. Также нам собрали завтрак с собой к 5 утра, сначала я скептически отнеслась к деревянным коробкам, хоть они и были красивые, но в итоге благодаря им завтрак отлично сохранился, пока нас швыряло в джипе) Дружелюбный и приятный персонал, нам помогали со всеми нашими просьбами, встретили нас приветственным смузи и перед отъездом напоили чаем, отказавшись брать за это плату. Еще на территории отеля живет милая черепашка. Спасибо!

Персонал очень милый и дружелюбный, но они отправляют чересчур много сообщений в вотсап)) я знаю, что они хорошие ребята и делали это из лучших побуждений, но иногда это слишком ранние смс, я же не всегда встаю как на сафари😁

A tastefully designed space with all creature comforts yet rustic and earthy in feel. A truly artful experience. The rooms were big, spacious and packed with comfort. The staff was co-oporative, cordial and professional. The breakfast was decent and ample. The bathrooms were gorgeous especially the ground floor master bedroom. It was a delight to stay here.

It was not very well lit. Some areas the lights were not working but overall it was more than a pleasant stay.

Room was big, clean and bathroom was immaculate.

They arranged a safari, but didn’t really listen to what I was looking for.

The room was very nice albeit a bit dark. The rooms are ,I suppose,a bit boutique with rich coloured blankets. Very nice spacious bathroom .( wasn’t sure why the owner insisted we keep the bathroom door locked, snakes? ) The air conditioning was very good Can’t fault the room. We had a very good safari ..pickup 0430 and drop back 12.30. We had a great guide , Pintia? , who had sharp eyes. Saw everything..yes a beautiful leopard, but not a bear!

For a boutique hotel I think some tea bags and creamer would have been expected . The place calls itself a resort but it’s not that..just 2 rooms in top of each other with a seating area and no real frontage. We were surprised to be texted the night before we would have to pay cash for the drive at 0430. I thought booking the overinflated price through the hotel would make the whole paying process easier( our driver had recommended we go with the people he always uses about 15000 cheaper but I mistakenly thought booking through the hotel would make it easier) Anyway insisted we would pay on checkout ..and with credit card. On checkout I was told they would charge another 3% for credit card…was I ok with that.? I said no…nowhere else in Srilanka does that( we d been up north at this point..as we hit the beaches it became obvious that’s what they do in the south) He was then happy not to charge me the 3% and explained they just claim it off the government anyway!!!..basically saying all tourists are being overcharged 3%!! Subsequently have found out it’s illegal for vendors to try and charge this 3% on credit cards. The staff at the hotel were nice enough but from the start of booking I was inundated with constant Whatspps from the chap running it.100 in total!
