1. Everywhere in room 3003 is very dirty. Seems like no maid comes for room cleaning before (floor is very dirty & dusty & sticky) 2. No desk for working in the room 3. Seems like size of my rooms is much smaller than its specification (25 sqm.) 4. No partition between bathing & sanitary zones (even normal curtain should be much better than nothing) 5. No lighting on the walk way of 3rd floor (seems like hotel turns off light all day) 6. No refill for shower soap 7. No air condition in the lobby zone 8. No refill for buffet line of breakfast 9. Bed is very hard and it is really bad for my back

AUVNKhách sạn được chăm chút rất kỹ về thiết kế nội thất tuy nhiên phần cấp thoát được điện đèn rất chán.
Nhà vệ sinh bị ngập không thoát được nữa. Kèm theo đó là cả chậu rửa mặt cũng tắc luôn. Cách âm khách sạn rất chán. Ồn.
