"Good starting place for exploring Kosice"

The area is pretty nice, just 5m by bus to the center, also next to a park (great for kids!) and groceries. Problemless free parking on the street or semi-private spot. The roller shutters provide enough privacy even during the night. The flat is apparently new, so sans a few missing items (which will surely be finished/added within a few days), there's nothing to complain about, really.

It's next to a busy road, so keeping the living room window open at night is not an option.
