SGThe cleaner cleaned the apartment late and kept postponing the time to collect the apartment keys and access card. It was supposed to be 3 p.m. then till 4 p.m.
The apartment was located at the mid-level(15th floor) of a 42-storey service apartment. As many people stayed on various floors, the waiting period for mid-level and lower floors was at least 15 minutes to 30 minutes to reach the ground floor. It is a pain when traveling out of the apartment as you need lots of patience waiting for your turn to access the lift. It really spoiled my holiday mood. There are not many eateries nearby within 500 meters. Need to take Grab out for meals.
MYAll good...house is nice and clean. Facilities s.pool,steam & sauna good. Owner very easy to communicate and fast respon. Thank you Urban suite De luma😘
Lift is very slow and have to wait 10 - 15 min 😅.

Truthfully the lift in the condominium is always full on morning till 10 is don’t be frustrated on waiting for 15 - 20 mix
MYI like the PDF check in manual and restaurant recommendations by the staff. As a traveller first time come to Penang, it really means a lot.
The sound insulation function is not strong
