We had really mixed feelings about this place. The apartment itself is really lovely - clean, comfortable and with all the things you need to have a great stay.

There were some cons which soured it for us. There are not nearly enough lifts in the building and often there is 1 or 2 (out of 3) out of action at a time. This meant we would have to wait up to an hour for a lift at busy times (unless you fancy walking up 15 flights of stairs). The washing machine flooded when we used it (but they sent someone to fix that the next day). And the block communal areas like the lift areas, stairs don’t get cleaned - there is rubbish and cigarettes and bad smells there always. The block location is a bit out of the way, the only thing you can walk to is a nearby hawker area, but because you can only enter and exit the block through one side, you have to walk 15 minutes instead of what would be about 4 minutes if they had an exit the other side. Everything else is a Grab away. When I raised all this with the hosts (with evidence) they simply said it wasn’t their responsibility and refused to offer even a partial refund.

Parking lot at level 9, the residence design the way up to parking lot is keep turning round, abit dizzy

Comfort and clean

Good location, the place is clean and comfortable. Good service from the staff, they are helpful and friendly. Recommended!
